  I have been to this Starbucks many dozen times. Both of my own choice and also for my employment. The staff at this location usually are nice but I've encountered many instances where the people that work here are either not paying attention to their customers or just don't seem to like their job. Having another Starbucks directly across the street is a benefit in that when this Starbucks is having a bad day I can go across the street.
