  This is one of the busier Starbucks locations locally and the lines can get daunting. Staff is friendly and accommodating to dietary restrictions and special requests and they work visibly very hard to get orders out in a timely manner, even when they're swamped. The area around this Starbucks is problematic, though. The city seems to have the stretch of road between Plymouth and Schoolcraft constantly under construction but it never seems like there are any improvements.

  Really bad and rude service, no online orders, all the time the lady said only cash, no payment cards or starbucks payment, Ordered 2 venti coffees and 1 of them was half way empty! Bagel was hard, and they said they cant warm up the bread. This is the first time this happened to me, never coming back to this location.

  This is an excellent location. Coffee was made perfectly to the specifications - which is getting harder to find across different Starbucks locations. The store was clean and 2 out of the 3 baristas I encountered had great customer service skills. I would definitely come back to this location.
