I really hate that this is my closest Starbucks. This is because this is also one of the WORST Starbucks I've ever been to. All the other Starbucks staff are friendly, fast, and knowledgeable with coffee and espresso. The two times I went to this Starbucks the employees were slow even though I was the only car in the drive through and no one was inside the store. The staff was rude and most importantly barely knew their own menu. The final nail in the coffin is that this Starbucks is on a sketchy stretch of road. If you can, avoid this Starbucks and you won't regret it.

I will not be going to Star Bucks any more. I don't think they should be politicizing their business, just sale coffee? They are hiring Erik Holder (Fast and Furious man) to reeducation their employees to not be racial? Very scary. I am glad I do not have to work for them.

My experience here at this Starbucks has been great until I asked an older lady barista for the bathroom code. I come here almost daily to do my studies and mind my business, never had any problems, bought coffee occasionally sometimes, and sometimes I didn't feel the need to. However, today the lady stated I had to of made a purchase in order to use their bathroom, but that today she'll make an exception for me (her tactic for "good customer service" which really isn't working.) I became annoyed, and insisted I'll make a purchase just to officially say, "I am a customer, give me the code" and to just resolve the issue she had. I don't come here to horse around, but rather to do my work. Since when did Starbucks say I have to be a customer in order to use their benefits? Maybe I'll try another Starbucks next time. All other employees, great job.

Depending on what shift it is, you may get a cool Barista that knows what customer service is or one that has the "Hurry up! What do you want?" (Attitude) Mostly good Starbucks stop though, even for being in the ghetto.

Long line almost everytime I go but its reasonable. Its your typical Starbucks place: long line, great coffee, great service. I rated this place 3 stars because I wish the line was shorter. One simple order could take up to 20 minutes.
