  The lady with braided hair ( black Lady with eyeglasses) doesn’t bother to ask What i want . I said hello 2x but she just took a glimpse and keep walking back and forth to her space! Such a rude

  The employees are busy making drinks and food for themselves. A coffee takes them 20 minutes.

  Who EVER Shelly is she was gone from the counter for over 20 mins which is very unacceptable. And I need someone to take action the employees in safe way called her 3 times on the speaker. This is what you call taking advantage of the position she has. If I was a bad person I could have taken her tips

  I'm not a coffee lover, but the lady who worked with me today really knew her coffees! I came into this Starbucks on a Saturday, around 8 am, needing something to wake me up. Although a certain machine to make the one drink I know of was not functional, she was able to figure out a similar drink for this confused non coffee drinker. She was very professional, polite and helpful. The drink was basically what I had drank there before, but a little better! Her surrounding area was very neat and clean. I hope to return to this Starbucks for its cleanliness and hospitality.

  This is the slower Starbucks my friend and I have ever visited. There was two people on staff when we arrived and three people in line before us. I went to the restroom and when I came back there were still the same three people in line ahead of us. I don't know what was taking so long, but our quick stop turned into a much longer stop than we expected for just grabbing coffee. Other locations would have had out out in a fraction of the time.
