  8:30pm on 4/20/19 staff was very rude. I also find it rediculous to charge $2 for a cup of ice. I purchased a drink and yet i have to pay additional for extra ice?

  Nice people and large sitting area with electrical outlets to keep your electronics charged

  Best in-hotel Starbucks, and I've seen quite a few. This one is a real Starbucks, takes Starbucks cards or app for payment, makes and serves real Starbucks. And, it has bonus eve items like local beer and wine. Service with a smile and quicker than most island tourist stops.

  Only for emergencies. Cons: Won't accept mobile orders. Won't accept reward points for free drink rewards. No air circulation. Always muggy & warm. Great for face-to-face meetings when you're already sweating Pros: Professional staff. Will give reward points for purchases. Largest seating area of any Starbucks I've visited.

  BAD AC! GOOD COFFEE. Not a comfortable place. I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't so muggy. The AC doesn't work properly - which would be fine if there was some fresh air - but the place is 100% enclosed. So without proper AC, it gets super uncomfortable if you sit for a while. The service itself is great. Same prices as other Starbucks, even though it's inside a hotel lobby. Friendly people, and coffee is always great. Fix that AC PLEASE! Or open some windows!
