  Its starbucks early in the morning, what more needs to be said, Oh yeah I used the restroom before I bought anything no issues

  It is very next to the Federal Center SW station! You can find it easily. They was so friendly! They asked to me about sweetness of the tea. I bought some coffee and tea in Starbucks, and went to National Botanic Gardens. It was ok to bring some beverage in the botanic gardens.(There is no cafe in Gardens.)

  This particular location has the slowest service I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. No matter what time of day (I've gone multiple times at 7am, 10am, and after work), it seems like the line just keeps getting longer and they never have a sense of urgency behind the counter. 3 or 4 people can be working, but there are times when no one is taking the orders or 1 person is making the beverages and 2 people are doing the stocking that should have happened before opening. This morning, I waited in line for a sandwich that was smashed in half when I opened the bag. Why even bother anymore? Go to the Starbucks locations by L'Enfant Plaza. The customer service is much better.
