  Standard Starbucks. It's a somewhat quick place to grab a drink or snack before your train- the baristas work as fast as they can. However, seating is limited. so it's not the best place to wait for your train.

  Probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been to; from the cleanliness AND the absolute worst customer service. The place is a bomb of a mess. I get that its NYC and busy Penn Station but this was filthy— there were probably 12 people on staff and noone was cleaning. This was on a Saturday at 9am — Not busy at all. THERE WAS NO signage for a line at the register so this group and couple in front of me created a make shift line. The 3-4 cashiers never made any effort to delegate the line or ask who was next so other ppl started their own lines! Everyones getting cut including me and THEN the one male cashier arrogantly asks if I have a Problem!!!! and when I said yes theres no order ppl are getting in front of everyone else he didn’t APOLOGIZE or anything — he continued to believe he was RIGHT and said well no the line starts over there — SERIOUSLY?? Someone needs to come down from management or corporate and train to the employees what great customer service is or get another job.

  An excellent place to grab a coffee while on the go, located at the lower level in Penn Station, employee's are extremely helpful, and the location is different from standard Starbucks decorated beautifully, it is worth visiting this location just to see the art work on the walls.
