  They have very long lines with not enough help and when I over paid $7 for a sandwich they gave me the wrong sandwich. That's ridiculous

  45 minute in line with only one person taking orders! Update 1 hour in line! Still 3 people ahead of me.

  Double the price of a regular Starbucks. Incredibly slow crew. Wouldn't honor Starbucks' reward. Very bad.
