  The service at this Starbucks is terrible. I came in on Saturday morning. They served me a cold coffee even though they knew it was cold and waited for me to tell them it wasn't acceptable. Then they waited 5 min to start brewing a new batch even though we were one of two groups in at the time and one of the baristas wasn't making any drinks. After I realized they hadn't even started brewing the new batch yet I had to request to just have the pike because they were taking too long and we needed to get on the road. To top it off they didn't even apologize or give me a free drink coupons for making me wait like so many other Starbucks do. I would definitely advise trying to find a different Starbucks if you're thinking about coming here.

  Very friendly staff and very well run store. It's a nice little shopping center in general and I'm happy, it's going to be my new Starbucks hang out! There are a good amount of spots to sit in the store, as well as a large patio outside.

  Its better if you go earlier in the day. From 8 to close the experience is likely to be poor.

  Ordered ahead while I was waiting for my order, as I found out when I got to work, to be made wrong from Einstein Bagel next door. They were fairly busy, but not excessive. After waiting 20+ minutes, that counts the time waiting at Einstein, my order still wasn't ready. Normally I'd be more understanding, but while I was in Starbucks waiting, they took orders from several customers at the counter, all of which got their orders first. Then, when I requested a refund, I wasn't even refunded the correct amount. I didn't realize until I got to work late and checked my app. I paid Starbucks for my inconvenience. You're welcome Starbucks.
