  I was here on a Friday afternoon. They were very slow in getting orders out. When the girl finally made my order, she made it wrong. I ordered an iced drink not hot. When the young man took my order I also asked him to add a popcorn for my kid. Then a Caucasian girl walks up while I'm still talking to the cashier and points to the popcorn in my child's hand and says did you also get that. I looked at her, like are you serious. You need to focus on wiping down this nasty counter and cleaning up. I did not feel welcomed at this location at all. I will not be returning. There are better coffee places.

  Just left this location shortly ago, not sure if it’s because it was late but the customer service was ridiculous !!!! I generally visit this location early if I’m in Midtown and the service is great. As a #LocalGuide and entrepreneur, I take great pride in giving and receiving awesome customer service. My suggestion to any employee having a bad day is to stay at home Period!!!! Definitely a 2 Star experience. The only reason for 2 Stars is that the location is convenient and handicap accessible as well as bike racks. #LetsGuide

  They are fast when you order online but in person a little slow recommend to order online. But other than that it was a good trip the coffee was just the way i like it.

  I absolutely love coming to this Starbucks. I enjoy the nice vibe, but since it became cold, there’s nothing but school kids and others waiting for the bus INSIDE. I literally counted more people waiting for the bus inside than actual Starbucks consumers. It’s very uncomfortable and unnecessary for me to have to keep watching over my things and shoulder. I’ve never experience this at any Starbucks. It’s not a good look for the business and I won’t bring my business back there.
