  Ordered a no meat breakfast sandwich on drive-thru but they did not remove the meat.

  This place has become a joke. I used to love coming here but not after finding a hair inside my drink. At first I thought it migh of been mine & it had stucked to the cup but after taking a closer look I realized it was actually inside the cup. I had to bring it back & all they did was give me $4 off. It was so disgusting plus the employees are so rude & disrespectful now.

  My favorite Starbucks in Santa Clara. People are super nice and friendly ❤️ thank you so much for your service. You guys are the best 👍🏿 in the world.

  It’s never a good feeling when you place your order and then have to wait for them to make the “regulars“ drink and watch that “regular“ get their order before yours. On top of that, there was a pet dog with two other customers in the seating area and the dog did not have a service animal vest on. This leads me to believe that it was not a service animal, and therefore should not have been in Starbucks. Then that dog proceeds to bark viciously at another patron, who walked close to it. The gentleman at the register had a smile on his face, and struck up a good conversation, but that was the only good part of the experience at the store.

  This Starbucks is in Downtown Menlo Park off University Street. While parking on University will be unlikely, there is a side street before getting to Starbucks, and one as you pass it. Parking will be available there; using a bit of shoe leather, as the saying goes, never hurt anybody. This one has a nice covered outdoor seating area. Inside, this one is slightly on the smaller side. Like all Starbucks, it's clean inside & nice.
