  My coffee was hot. My wait on my breakfast sandwich was very long. Then I had to change choices. Big oops. They ran out of 2 choices. Bonus barely warm bacon. If you get a seat, channel your GOT Holdar. Fyi. Not all seats have outlets. Parking at times can be punishing.

  The staff in here tonight sucked... Talking about everything except getting drinks right. This place needs new leadership and employees with a business and customer service sense in mind. I placed my order on the go and it took me half hour to get my drink. I am furious and pissed. All of the other customers were obviously annoyed with the KIDS working here too.

  The manager is very rude. Everytime I come to the store they are always missing something such as whipped cream , strawberries , etc.. I was upset that they didn’t have a certain item in my drink and she has the nerve to say “ if you want the drink that bad go to another Starbucks in a nearby town” .She is always yelling at her workers in front of people, and I feel that is very disrespectful & unprofessional.The workers there are very rude and said if we don’t like it to go somewhere else as well. That is no way to run a business and should have been spoke to especially since the manager was right there. Also in my opinion if it’s the weekend the store should be stocked to capacity. I won’t be coming back to this location every again! Learn how to talk and treat customers!

  I wish i can give this place a good rating. This Starbucks is so convenient because it is 5 minutes away from my job but every time i place my one order of drink they always give me the wrong thing, I make it very clear that i want it iced and not hot. Now I feel like I can’t come here anymore because it’ ALWAYS happen. Might as well take the trip to the Rutherford location from now on
