  Starbucks is Starbucks, I drink tea, hot water and a tea bag. No latte not nine types,of coffee with secret codes. Just Tea

  Horrible Experience! I usually dig on this place because it’s the only drive through in town. But when I come home to find out my tea is all kinds of messed up . IM TIGHT ! I want my tea made right and why do you guys have to suck so much! Pay attention to us! Your so expensive when your service is so cheap!

  It is 15 degrees outside. I went to Starbucks in Hicksville. I asked for the restrooms with very good manners. A young man said . are you going to buy something. I said no sorry. And he said The restrooms is only for customers. I hope his grandma has the same situation one day. Unbelievable!!!!

  Went to this Starbucks and was excited because it was one of the few with a drive-through near me. I drove up to the speaker to place my order, and the man made me repeat my order several times before he comprehended it. By the time I got to the window, they gave me two drinks instead of the three I had ordered. I told the lady at the window that I ordered three and I only received two, and she frantically turned to inform her coworkers. After not responding to me for several minutes, she returned to the window to tell me that I would have to drive around the drive-through again and re-order my drink. Annoyed, I went into the building, which completely defeated the purpose of a drive through. Once in the building, I waited five minutes to be assisted despite the fact that there were three employees standing behind the counter and no one else on line. Once assisted, I waited an extensive amount of time to actually receive my drink. When my drink was finally ready, they had not even filled it to the top. The workers are incredibly slow and unfriendly. I am appalled.
