  This place used to be good. I used to go there everyday but it stopped being good when the good baristas left. The new ones just don’t know how to make a good drink. I mostly get caramel macchiato and they always put too much caramel in it and I mean too much! also most of the new baristas aren’t friendly at all, they’re always chatting among themselves behind the counter. I have started going to another Starbucks which is a bit of a drive for me but well worth it!

  I bought my coffee and sat there for an hour reading the paper and sipping it. I then went to the cashier to get a refill for 50 cents (forgot my gold membership card at home which entitle me for a free refill). To my amazement, the cashier flatly out accused me if bringing an empty cup from outside the store from a past purchase just to get the 50 cent refill!!! I was greatly embarrassed 😳 with a long line if people behind me. I told her i was sitting in the store and never left it and i am not that kind if people but she didn't believe me. Her manager came and insisted i pay full price and she repeatedly accused me of not being in the store!. Finally i asked a guy i was sitting next to to confirm my presence which he did. I feel greatly insulted by the attitude and deep prejudice of not only the cashier but her manager too. I've been buying their coffee and snack for more than 15 years during which spent few thousands in different locations, even brought my guests and family over there for years . I have no doubt those two employees have a fixed stereotype and treated me as such!.

  It was after 6am and they hadn’t even opened the store. The website says they opened at 5am. Went next door to Einstein bagels and saw the Starbucks staff in there getting breakfast instead of working. This is hands down the worst Starbucks location in the area.

  This Starbucks used to hail with customers from The Nation of Domination, Somalia. They take up all the tables outside, with the majority of them not buying anything, just stopping by during their taxi route to chill. It's the Mogadishu of Alexandria. Wooriya!

  Seems to be the community center for a large number of recent immigrants (taxi drivers?) however it appeared to be just as safe as any other Starbucks location. Maintenance could be improved, bathrooms were a mess.
