::Did not get what I ordered. I ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino. And instead I got some kind of chocolate frappuccino. And the lady took forever to make it. There were two people waiting in line that left because it was taking so long. I didn't want to correct her and have to wait another 10 minutes for her to make it. My daughter was with me and she was like Mom that is not what you ordered. Very disappointed and will not be going to this Starbucks again.

::My experience was terrible I got called fat because of the amount of ingredients in my drink. This happened around 8:05am Friday December 10, 2021. I was so upset when I left Safeway Starbucks on King Street. Never got treated like that before at any other Starbucks being that this is my first time there. It was a African American women who took my order. It seem she had a hard time making my drink that why she said all those rude comments.. I hope you guys fix this issue because I will not be spending my hard earn money there no more

::Barrista may have been new and didn't understand English very well, but she was very pleasant and professional. Been to multiple Starbucks locations and they always provide fork to eat their Egg Gruyrre products (no fork provided). I have been able to redeem free awards at this particular location in past and proved to her I had free awards, but she didn't know or understand how to redeem my awards. By the way, there are no types of orange juice or apple juice products while ordering egg or sausage breakfast items at this location, like most Starbucks locations offer.

::Do they close at 9pm or 11pm the Starbucks app says 11pm and google says 11pm? I walked in at 9:30 and nobody was there but the sink was running so I waited for 10 minutes and nobody came back to the counter so I left.

::Ordered two drinks. Barista made one wrong, took 5+ minutes to figure out how to ring up the 2nd, and then could not find the ingredients for it. She walked away for 10+ minutes to look for them. She then had to refund the price for the 2nd drink, but would not refund for the 1st. All of that took a further 5 minutes. Awful.
