  Super slow , people who were here after me got their drinks first ... waited almost 30 minutes. Service sucks don’t come here

  Great service! Tyler did an excellent job, he remembered what I drink every time I walked up to the counter during my stay.

  Today I visited this Starbucks location with my client who has autism. It's pretty apparent that he has autism by the way that he talks (his voice carries a child-like tone). Anyways, we are regularly treated differently because of his autism. Sometimes people act scared, frightened, or just state. Your barista, Tyler, treated him so kindly and the same as everyone else. He even made him laugh a few times. After introducing himself, my client and the barista realized they shared the same first name. The barista said that's so cool! Since you're another Tyler I'd like to buy your chocolate milk. Although it may have been a small gesture to him it was a big gesture to us! Thank you so much for your kindness and respect!

  I have been going to this Starbucks for over a year. Today is my last day going. Rachel the barista was very rude. My drink that was listed on the wall came up with a different price. So when I asked about it Rachel had an attitude and said they weren't owned by the Starbucks franchise and she couldn't do anything so I needed to go to the front desk. She was very rude and rolled her eyes. I asked her why am I not being charged for the price as it is listed on the wall. She said she don't know and she can't help me. So very disrespectful.
