::I ordered a TALL caramel Frappuccino with no whipped cream and AEXTRA caramel drizzle . There were no cars in front of me in the drive thru. What I got was a grande with no whipped cream and no caramel drizzle. Now normally I don’t complain about a free size upgrade but I know this drink was not made for me because you can tell it was sitting there because it was all melted as well

::Ok my experience today was just totally rude . Like it’s early in the morning, the last thing I want when picking up my coffee is an employee’s BAD attitude rubbing off on me. 9:45 am.
