  Always a great place heading to work , towards the strip , very quick very friendly always perfect.

  Quiet and Clean ===== This location, near Palace Station, is somewhat off-the/beaten-path which makes it all the more lovable with its short lines and quick drive-thru window. The menu remains the same as other Starbucks. The drinks are made quickly with precision. It's definitely a well managed store. There is plenty of room for patio tables with umbrellas. Not sure why there aren't any out- especially in this quiet neighborhood. I hope they are working on it.

  Maybe if the staff wasn't busy (slowly)mopping floors and cleaning and had more than 1 person making drinks during rush hour when the drive thru was 6 or 7 cars deep and actually paid attention to their mobile orders and then hustled to make the drinks, I wouldn't have had to wait until 20 minutes after my mobile order was placed (app said 5 minute estimate when I was 3 minutes away) to actually get my order. Thanks for making ne late this morning when I should have made it to work with 10 minutes to spare. I never order coffee in the morning but figured since I had plenty of time and the estimate was only 5 minutes I'd be ok. Usually when I mobile order my drink is ready to go when I get there. I gave them a break because it was busy but after standing at the mobile pick up for about 10 minutes without ever being greeted or acknowledged despite the fact there was a girl mopping and wiping counters right in front of me, I finally asked if they got my order. The guy looks over and says "oh, yeah" and proceeds to make 2 other orders with no urgency what so ever before he started mine that had been ordered almost 15 minutes prior. Honestly if I hadn't already paid and wasn't already late by that point I would have just walked out. I won't be going back to this location despite the fact it is across the street from my office.

  I Stop drinking coffee but needed a pick me up so I tried a strawberry acai refresher. It was really good but make sure to buy the trenta. (The largest size)

  This is your standard Starbucks. The coffee was good, and I don't have any complaints. I got a Frappuccino and it was very tasty and good texture. The staff here wasn't bad either. Sometimes you get somebody who's a little short with you, but most of the time they're very nice.
