  Staff acts like they are the only ones existing in the store. Loud banter behind the counter. Totally arrogant attitude when taking the order. No eye contact. NOT FRIENDLY. Like they are having a party and YOU the customer are just an unwelcome distraction that takes them away from it.

  Ah.. it's Starbucks... So you know what your getting. Staff are super friendly. Nice place to work.

  Always good service. Sometimes slow when the line is long, but my order has never been wrong.
