  Terrible. They make you repeat over and over what you are ordering and when you think it's actually over, then the barista asks more questions because clearly they don't have an organized way to communicate among themselves. And they don't listen. You ask for this and that, and you have to ask for it again. Seriously?

  Friendly staff, professional, fast and efficient. Big difference from the very unfriendly bagel shack nearby.
