  Just watching the quality of the drinks fall off, it is a real shame. This was the BEST Starbucks until they relocated. They are too busy to worry about quality.

  Courtney is the best barista! She gives you great recommendations if you are unsure or tired of getting the same thing.

  So far this is my favorite Starbucks because I love the layout, seating, and patios. It is a comfortable place to study and work. My orders are usually good and correct but I have had a few poorly made beverages but they fixed them.

  I really like this location. There's good seeding and it's usually not too busy. They got my order wrong twice today, but usually they do a good job here.

  This Starbucks is substandard at best. I absolutely love ice tea and will buy at least 2 Trenta cups each day. I have to specifically ask this store to shake my drink that’s listed on the menu as a Shaken Ice Tea. This is the only store that will prepare your tea in the cup and swirl it around. All other stores I’ve patronized will put in measuring cup and actually give it a couple of shakes like a cocktail. It may seem trivial but it actually makes a differences in the taste and if I’m spending this much for tea each day I would expect it to be prepared properly. I was excited to see a drive thru in the Grand Prairie neighborhood but will gladly walk into the near by Tom Thumb or Target for my drink.
