  Even though I place my own order on the app, often times it’s wrong. But I do love that they always say “good morning” and always try to acknowledge people when they leave too. Where Starbucks used to be known for personable service and has become a place you just come and go unnoticed, I love that this store tries cultivating friendliness!

  Asked for a large black coffee and have it cooled enough to drink it right away. The person making my coffee put 2 Ice cubes in it. I asked for a little more ice, she then proceeded to poor half my coffee out and put 2 CUPS of ice in it. Then tried to serve me the coffee with 2" of empty cup on the top. I told her that the coffee was now probably way to cold. She looked at me like I was insane. I then asked if she could at least top it off for me. She looked at me with disgust and reluctantly topped it off. She never offered to remake the coffee. I ended up drinking a below room temperature coffee. Next two customers behind me had their orders screwed up as well. Technically I got what I asked for, just a little common since and a ton more customer service would have been appreciated!

  Good Starbucks, on average regular star-bucks coffee, and with starbuckses you tend to go for consistency. They don't always stir their drinks, so often times syrups etc... end up at the bottom. Though they get the drinks right!

  This is my least favorite Starbucks in the area. The parking lot is a mess, the drive thru is poorly laid out, and drinks are made at a snail's pace. Inside is typically moderately clean which is nice since you'll be waiting around for a while anyway. In addition to being slow, sometimes the drinks just taste gross. I imagine this has more to do with the machine than anything else but I'd still rather drive down the road to any of the better locations.
