::We ordered online and waited 40 minutes for half our order. Got the other part of our order but had to leave a latte because it was taking way too long. Everyone in the Starbucks had been waiting for a long time.

::Manager on morning duty seems to prioritize store maintenance over walk-in customers.

::Just came in this morning to get a latte and a bag of beans. The person behind the counter named Debbie was extremely rude and not helpful. They did not have any decaf beans. In the past the person behind the counter made a pound of decaf espresso for me if they didn’t have any. Debbie could not do that for me. When I asked her name she pointed to her name tag and said “can’t you read?” Then she said she is not going to help me and I could just wait. She walked away from the counter even though there were people waiting behind me. She made us wait a few minutes and then she got someone from the back to work the counter. Never have I been in Starbucks and they have been so rude!

::Employees at this location seem to invite their family friends to come hangout. Their friends are constantly standing around the store causing disruptions and speaking loudly to the employees they are friends with. Unprofessional. This isn’t your friends’ living room. It’s like they hangout here all day to socialize with the workers they know. Poor quality. Needs to stop.

::Your average Starbucks serving caffeine and Karma. Nice location. My daughter and I ordered in-store, individually. Mine was up super-fast. Waited for a long time for hers. A bunch of drinks were put out on the counter. Some were claimed here and there by people who called ahead. Baristas never called my daughter's name for her beverage or looked at her. Finally we had to ask if it was hers. It was. By that time I was done, and I was sipping slowly.
