  The baristas are rude. One actually made a face to a costumer when she changed her order from a grande to a venti. They don't know items on their own menu. This is the second time I visited and it is the same attitude.

  The staff are pretty rude, and I have low expectations for Starbucks. If you sit there long enough, you’ll hear these a-holes make fun of customers after they’ve walked away. Classy.
