  Seemed like the employees were swamped, but handling the demand well. This is a really good location. Some of the seating was being occupied by non-customers, but this mall isn’t set-up with very many places to sit and relax.

  HORRIBLE AND RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! All the reviews for this location i just read are so true and legit. This location needs to hire employees with good customer service and who can keep their customers happy. The employee named SAM disrespected me this morning. I was there for a caffe latte and a customer ahead of me took the drink he just made thinking it was hers obviously because she ordered before me. And i thought maybe she ordered the same drink as mine so she got hers first as they didn't take any name while i was ordering. Than I literally saw her taking the drink to her mouth/lips and she realized that it was not her drink. So she left the drink on the counter and told the guy it was not the drink she ordered. So she got the right drink and she went away. The guy SAM told me that the drink was mine which the lady left in the counter touched by her mouth. I told SAM that the drink was touched by her mouth and in a rude manner he opens the lid and says no it hasn't. I was right by the lady and i saw her doing so and he was behind the counter. He made me another drink after two other customers behind me being rude and disrespectful. Didn't even apologize. So i Kindly request starbucks for better customer service from this location because nobody deserves to be mistreated like the way i was.

  The worst Starbucks I ever seen, they don’t have the condiments ready, I ask the employee for regular sugar, she said simply no, and went back to register. Other guy replied me , cafe latte don’t come with sugar, I know that, I am not diabetic patient, this Starbucks deserves not even1 star.....

  this is my grande latte at this location service time ：around 15:10 Sep -16 2017 . come from an black young guy. half size. and he said no problem

  I totally agreed with the previous reviews about customer service. It is horrible and rudest I have experience. One of the employee a blonde one named keran is super rude. Talks behind about customers being annoying according to her. If you come in the mornings she is cranky and extremely rude. I hope this starbucks get some sort of management.
