::The manager here is an older woman and is extremely rude to her employees. Literally heard her yell at one woman to “READ” and is just very condescending and disrespectful to all of the employees there. There is a sign that says “training in progress please be patient” and all customers are except for the manager. She needs more training on hospitality and shift running bevause yelling at the employees will not help them work any better.

::The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I waited 20 minutes for a croissant. None of the employees know what they are doing besides the manager who’s just lecturing the employees. They all stand around figuring out how to work the coffee machine. Another time I waited 30 mins for a grande pink drink and somehow still messed that up.

::I was unable to use my gift card here once when I was trying to purchase some of my favorite egg bites, it was so disappointing and bizarre. Anyway, the employees were friendly enough and and they have a decent amount of indoor seating and an exclusive outdoor patio with fenced in seating aswell.

::9/14 I stopped by and ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew, and was disappointed to find out it had way too much water. I had to get back to work, so I didn't have time to sit and wait for a remake. I came back yesterday, 9/15, and told the older woman what happened. She was a little gruff but went ahead and instructed a nearby employee to remake it. It was perfect when I got it. She did say they have new employees they're training, so I'm understanding of that.. but i only gave four stars because the woman needs to work on her customer service skills a little more.

::Older lady in the front working the register is rude and doesn’t know how to take orders correctly. When I went to complain that my drink was made incorrectly, she was rude and told the man to fix it however I wanted it even if he was right (which he wasn’t). The man making the drinks couldn’t make the iced matcha correctly and made it water based with green tea instead of a milk based how it’s supposed to be.
