Starbucks i Burbank

  Please do not support this Starbucks. The management and property owners do not care about the surrounding community they serve. I have no issues with the barista staff, they have always been nice to me, however this Starbucks thinks it is acceptable to run a loud leaf blower between 4-5am every day that has been waking up several residents in the apartment building across the street. We tried contacting the city, they said they could not do anything because this is a "commercial area," however no other business on this street runs their leaf blowers so early. They said it was because of Starbuck's early opening time, however I have also seen a leaf blower run at 10am on Palm Ave while people were walking around. People who are being woken up have small children and have health conditions that require adequate sleep. I've personally tried reaching out to this management over the phone but they never answered my calls. This leaf blower situation is a nuisance to the community. And until this Starbucks addresses it, they are disturbing the peace of the community they are supposed to serve.

  The baristas were nice and friendly. Prepared my coffee on point and my sister caramel macchiato and my sandwiches (ham and cheese croissant and grilled cheese were toasted just as how I wanted them. The place was nice and clean.

  Nice location directly across the street from the AMC 16 Burbank theater. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area also Burbank Mall is a block away. Costumer service was great 👍 Drink's we're made to my specifications. It is a Starbucks ® but this One I do Recommended

  My friends and I stopped by this Statbuck since we were in the area. I checked on their website and Starbuck that this Starbuck would be open because they sometime just close early without any notice. When we got to the place, there were some people inside but not to the point where there was no seating. I got a small hot chocolate and it only took like 5 minutes for it to come out. The hot chocolate isn't all that great and when I open the lid, I was stock to see that they didn't fill up my cup. We took our drink and sat across the street where they had some chairs set up.

  Friendly staff! Loved it. I had lost hope for landing a red holiday cup but I actually got one here! I am so excited! Yay.
