  Service is super SLOW! Employees rushing to get orders done. I received my HOT coffee, with no cup sleeve, had to remind employee to give me one for the HOT coffee. One customer asked for skim milk and the employee rushed grabbed the gallon of milk, left it on the counter for the customer. The gallon of milk sat on the counter for over 30 minutes with no cap nor refrigeration. Shame on you Starbucks!

  Super friendly store partners. Clean cafe. A complete third place experience.

  Staff is great, service time is decent (zero wait time with app). Only downside is right near train station --- not ideal for meetings or phone calls. For studying, look no further!
