  The place is easily visible and accessible although there isn't any sign outside to indicate that it's a Starbucks. Like the fact that it provides lots of computer outlets but it's quite noisy. Service is great and prompt and the staff are quite cordial.

  - Bathrooms are consistently out of order. - most of the outlets are broken. And these are the only reasons I didn’t give 5 stars. the staff here are wonderful in particular Nancy. She is geneuily nice and works with a good spirit. In additon, she is extremely attentive and she makes even the smallest customer interactions a success. She is definetly a great addition to starbucks.

  The bathroom is customer only. This makes it somewhat unfriendly. WiFi is nice. Coffee is good. Shop frequently so if just visit for WiFi?

  Actually I am not in any airport shop or restaurant. My opinion very costly and not taste. But I enjoyed eat cheese sandwich and coffee. Very awesome even I didn't know about coffee name.

  I’ve lived in journal square for 4 years. Today I go in for the 1st time ever. My partner is waiting on a pretty long line while I attempt to use the bathroom. Bathrooms locked and you need a receipt to get entry code. I explain the situation to someone behind the counter and point to my partner on line... Starbuck’s associate sticks to the receipt policy.. Not coming here anymore.
