  This a small Starbucks, basically a kiosk, located inside Resorts World Casino on their second floor. They offer Starbucks fair at exorbitantly high prices. This place is not a restaurant by any stretch of the imagination.

  The most workers here should either be fired or retrained. Can't even say they have bad customer service, because there was none. Horrible attitudes. More concerned with socializing than doing their job. A lady wanted something and the worker was too lazy to get up and make it. Straight out said "I'm not making any". Then laughed while they took my order, charged me for the wrong size, then gave me the wrong drink [i asked for tea with almond milk, got coffee with cream]. Thankfully, there was one person there that actually acted like she came to work. Got me a new drink right away and apologized for the crappy service. Whoever the owner/manager is of this needs to fire all his employees and get some that actually know how to do their job.
