::I regularly visit starbucks on my lunch break and I have had wonderful experiences and if there is ever an issue the store goes above and beyond to fix their error. Today was an ENTIRELY different experience. I am not one to complain, one of my jobs I work as a waitress, so I completely understand that things do happen. When I visit starbucks on my lunch break I normally go through the drive thru but since it was so long, the line was wrapped around and did not appear to be moving, I thought it would be faster to go inside since there was no one inside the store. After I placed my order of 2 drinks (I was the only customer in the store who was ordering / waiting on drinks, others were there just hanging out inside, I used the restroom and when I came back out the barista had my cup and was chit chatting with her other coworkers. It took her a while to actually start making my drink. Once she finished my first drink and sat it on the counter, she gave me attitude when I told her that I was waiting on another drink as well. She said ok and began making my second beverage. I ordered a triple soy latte with chai. She began making my beverage as a cold drink: when I correct her she rolled her eyes. Then when she made my drink and I asked/verified that it was indeed a triple and she said it was just a regular, she gave me a HUGE attitude and rolled her eyes at me. If this was my first experience with starbucks I would NEVER return. However, I do understand that all stores are different. I am not one to write a negative review, or a review at all, but this experience was absolutely horrible. Also in regards to the taste/quality of the beverages, I am very disappointed. The iced caramel macchiato had so much caramel and to taste was very watered down it is undrinkable and I am not highly picky with my coffee since I drink espresso for the caffeine necessity since I work 2 jobs. Also my latte with latte with chai just tastes like milk with pepper. I order this drink 6 out of 7 days of the week and it tastes nothing like it normally does. The attitude and horrible service that I received was unacceptable and I am absolutely shocked honestly.

::Staff was rude and very unprofessional. There was a partner wearing slippers and fuzzy pajama pants that shook her head at me when I tried coming up to the sores at 4:36 a.m. when they very clearly, as all starbucks, open at 4:30. There was trash on the floor at open, and they were just standing around leisurely and staring at my car as if hoping I'd go away, while I was patiently waiting to get in. They were so rude it was unreal, and I don't even have to talk to them to know.

::I have a deep relationship with this place. Its just the best to be, great friendly stuff and awesome coffee. I love it and everyone should go this place. I rated them 4 because nobody is perfect:)

::This location is fabulous! I admit I'm a coffee addict, so stop frequently. Not only is it just a few doors from my home...yay for convenience...but the folks I've come to know...Juliette, Rachel, Mary, Katy & Justin are amazing. If you don't already know, you have to be very pleased with how they treat not only me, but everyone I've seen them interact with. Though I'll pass other Starbucks, I'll almost always wait to stop there. It's like walking into a good friends home. Congrats on an outstanding staff. Vikki Weeks...a very happy patron!
