  The generic coffee shop in the city. There are plenty of other higher quality coffee shops in the the city

  This really is the worst Starbucks. The staff are rude, the orders are always wrong. One lady argued with me that I didn't order food through the mobile app, so I have to show her the receipt on my phone, she was not too pleased to be proven wrong. Also why are we given the option of customizing drinks if the barista won't pay attention to it? It is the same short guy every morning, how hard is it to put whipped cream on a drink....

  This Starbucks location service is professional, Friendly and service is fast.

  Long wait, employees don't give a damn, burnt food... Starbucks used to be better than everyone else. Now, still at almost double the price of others, they've become worse than competitors. Still better than DD, but in NY we have a deli with good coffee and breakfast sandwiches on every corner.

  The baristas were nice and friendly, I visited on a Monday around 5pm. It's comfortable seating for a small place but not much seating.
