::What happened to putting menus up on the wall? There's only one small menu board with a handful of drinks and it only lists the price and calories for a grande size. All the other boards are pictures of various items and specials.

::Quiet but constantly out of stock, they blame the supplier, make excuses that they're busy and deny carrying their own products! Lazy, incompetent, unprofessional

::I am a Starbucks Gold member myself, and I must say that this is the worst Starbucks I've been to in the entire country. 9 times out of 10 they never have what you want. They even run out of ice coffee. I go in, they have no paninis. I want a refresher they have no strawberries - but when I ask for the manager, they miraculously found a new box. Seems like they didn't want to go in the back to find it. As far as customer service, they get an F. I truly believe the only reason they are still in business is because they have a drive through and folks are to lazy to get out of the car. This store is truly a disgrace to the franchise. Management needs a real overhaul. Go to the new one on Sunrise Hwy instead.

::I love Starbucks. Been a gold member for as long as it has been a program. And this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been in. Always get your order wrong. Always give your order away to drive thru patrons and when they screw up they never say they're sorry. Never make eye contact or say thank you. It's like you're bothering them by coming in for coffee. They have one good employee. A tall African American guy who pays attention, is personable and stays on top of the orders so when you're standing there too long because they screwed your order up, he gets it done. But the rest of the staff is pretty worthless.
