  Racism still exist: So if you’re familiar with Target in Medford there’s a Starbucks in there , I’m sitting in there with my grandson as he’s eating from Pizza Hut and drinking a slurpee, as were sitting there for like 20 minutes we see that Starbucks is serving customers lil size sample cups of ice cream with caramel. As my grandson finished eating, we approached the counter, and i asked the clerk, what is the price of the ice cream she was serving, her response was “oh it’s free, it’s a sample”, so I asked her if my grandson can have one, she then asked are their any on the side of the counter? I said no, she proceeds to say “ oh well then he can’t have one”, I said why not, there wasn’t any there to begin with, I have been sitting there for 20 minutes as my grandson ate, and we watched you serve everyone that approached that counter, she then says well I have line, and I’m leaving soon, there was only 1 person behind me, so I said it’s ok I will wait if you want to serve the person behind me, she said “no I’m leaving. So I said to her “ so your refusing to serve him the same thing you were giving all the other customers”? She said I’m not doing it, so just leave. I asked for her name, which is Anna, and I asked for a Manager, she smirked and said “ I am the Manager.” I walked out like Wow, RACISM still does exist...Shame...But by the end of my day Corporate did hear from me with a complaint to a Supervisor. Please share ...Shame on Anna and Shame on Starbucks!!!

  Witnessed the store manager publicly degrade her partners, in fact almost every partner there has told me some out of this world story how she made them very upset. Keep in mind this is someone making a very nice salary, who is abusing her power and insulting hard workers. I one time got a coffee from this “store manager” , her name is Joann, and I had asked for a pour over without being offered even though they didn’t have the roast I wanted and ANOTHER employee walked over and warned me that the STORE MANAGER grinds pour overs on frenchpress so they go quicker and they taste awful. When I addressed the store manager about this after receiving my coffee that was NOT brewed correctly at all. She had the audacity to call her partner dramatic and a liar. If you EVER go here and any of the partners are rude to you, take a second to realize they are all mentally abused by their store manager many of which tell all the customers about. Overall the rest of them are amazing people, it’s just the one woman getting paid more than all of them who is the issue!

  Always a good experience at this store. Sometimes we go to a different one because we are lazy and don't feel like getting out of the car so need a drive thru, but when we do go in to this store they are pretty on point.

  Why the tall is not the biggest cup size beats me. Being a coffee aficionado, it doesn't matter how they label their cup sizes. Best hot and cold coffee and very addictive!
