  I have been going to this Starbucks for 2 months straight on my way to work in the morning. The customer service, wait time, cleanliness and professionalism is absolutely horrendous. I gave them plenty of chances and will not be returning to this dump of a coffee shop.

  Placed a mobile order, the drink was made wrong in almost every way. I don’t know what they were smoking this morning. I asked them to remake it. I was then giving a Venti cup of milk with no coffee in it. After paying nine dollars for a cup of coffee I don’t expect this. And they caused me to be late to work because of it.

  Not sure if they are so busy here !! It took almost 30 mins for a reg coffee !!

  The worst starbucks,it took them over 20minutes with 7 staffs,and after reminding them twice for a mobile order of 1 cup of black coffee and hardly any customers in the store, to get that cup of coffee.
