::I tasted hot chocolate as like every time. Eli’s coffee shop is the best.. do not like from star bucks as a whole.. no sweet, no taste it was like a plain water.. felt like waste of money !

::My wife placed her drink order on line when we left home an hour ago. I have been sitting in the parking lot, she went in, watching 27 cars,so far, go through the drive up and get their order before her. Is this what you call customer service??? I am telling you right now she will NEVER visit you establishment again, if I am with her. If you don't care any more about your customers than this you don't deserve any customers!!!
