  There coffee test like boiled water, lighter than QT coffee.i drink black coffee and Starbucks is my favorite place to get my hard roasted coffee. But this place i don’t get real coffee test

  Anything you would expect for a Starbucks on campus. But at the end of the day, it is still the best place to study in the afternoon.

  Really rude and arrogant ladies work there. The impression is that they really don’t like to work there and want to be somewhere far far far away doing nothing. They forgot my order and were really annoyed when I reminded them about it.

  I ordered on Tapingo and wait for 20 mins. They tell me they do not have this tea. So I switched to Peach Gree Tea. Then I wait for 20mins and never get my order. Don't Want to go to any other Starbucks again.

  I study at Georgia Tech and I like Starbucks and love their coffee, but the service here is really disappointing. I have purchased moon cheese and a small hot coffee, they charged me for a jerky. Later, I told them that it seems like the receipt is not reflecting what I bought, they just gave me the coffee and yelled at me for asking the price of the moon cheese. I only checked the receipt, so that I can get a free refill for the coffee because I was pulling an allnighter. Giving free stuff does not matter, what matters is getting positive vibe and respect from the service. I think the cashier name was Kisha Thornton, If there is a manager who is responsible for training the stuff, I want him/her to pay attention to the service. I am only writing this to make an impact at least by showing my opinion of the service, I got. During finals week, lots of students become very vulnerable because of enhanced stress and pressure. Please be mindful of the service during the sensitive hours on campus.
