  This is the only Starbucks that was renovated with the latest standards, with respect to the other Starbucks throughout the island. It's location within the mall is centralized, adjacent to the center court, also the new expansion portion of the mall, in front of the new Zara. Service is always great, and everything is always kept well in stock.

  The. Starbucks at the staten island mall its SOOOOOO SLOW. Wow need more training .please asap

  What a great plce to have coffee but the plce is prtty smll and crowded.

  It's roomier now and has seating place. Service was fast and nice.

  The barista Robert was extraordinary in his professional and courteous service. Although the wait here is always long due to its mall location, his cheerful personal greetings served to make it pleasant. He deserves commendation.
