  This location sucks at making sweet vanilla cold foam. It’s always watery in disappears/mixes into the drink after a minute. This doesn’t happen with other Starbucks locations.

  I typically visit this startbucks three times a week. The past few visits I noticed the quality and customer service has been declining. On one occasion I received a tomato and mozzarella sandwich basil pesto that was completed putting. A toddler could have made a better sandwich. I two pieces of bread with pesto with slither of mozzarella, a piece of tomato, and two pieces of spinach all on one side of the bread. Despite my botched order I went back to Starbucks today and lord the young lady taking order at the drive thru was nasty. I submitted a mobile order for pick and knowing that I would have time to wait for my order to be completed, nothing crazy just coffee. Upon arriving to an empty drive thru, not a single customer waiting, I advised the employee I placed a mobile order for coffee. She directed me to come to the window as my order was being prepared. I get to the window, and with a nasty attitude she then stated, in the future don’t arrive so early we need extra time to make the order. It’s one cup of coffee. There’s no cars waiting in the drive thru and there’s an additional three people behind you working. How can you be upset at the fact that I showed up to an empty drive thru to pick up my order. Apologies fact that my patronage created an inconvenience for you.

  I love this Starbucks location! Spacious dine-in and clean. Few comments: Can we at least have stirrer? It’s been months and we’ve been using plastic straws to stir(not good for health). I’ve been to other location and they have a covered stirrer, photo added. And if you have no time to clean the tables, please leave us disinfectant wipes to clean. Otherwise, it’s a great service and location!

  In person service is fast but every time I have been there the bathroom has not once been clean. Floors always dirty, lock doesn’t work, last time there was no soap. How does one expect to even leave that place with clean hands if none of the above is cared for? Been to busier restaurants in the area with cleaner bathrooms for the same food price, they can get my business.

  This Starbucks tends to be busy both inside service and drive up..I go for inside it is faster. They are friendly and helpful have never had an issue here ....always stop in before we go shopping at Lidl.
