::This is one of my favorite Starbucks in NYC. There's lots of seating, it's usually not crowded, and the baristas have your order ready very quickly.

::I never write reviews but this one seemed necessary. I went into this Starbucks and there was no line. Very quiet! I gave the tall gentleman my order which was very simple. Two of their ready made sandwiches that require heating and an iced coffee. The gentleman made my coffee right away and then I proceeded to wait for my food. Fine. Then at least 10-12 minutes later, watching this gentleman dance around with nothing to do, I noticed another co-worker start my food order. I asked politely if this was my order they had just started. He looked at me puzzled and then rushed to start making my food. No apology, just attitude. He then gave me one of the two things I ordered. I realized right away he made the wrong wrap. I then asked for the correct order and a reasonable discount for the inconvenience. After a lovely girl did help me with that, I went back over only to find he had still not made my order completely. Then after another minute he remembered that he did. ????????!!!!! I am now back in my office with the now 2 minutes I have to eat anything and realized that he fixed the first sandwich but still got the other item completely wrong. Run do not walk away if you see this gentleman. He will only get your order wrong, charge you for more expensive items and give you an attitude while doing so.
