  The quality at this location has really gone down hill. I was given a pastry today out of the case that was spoiled and inedible. Recently they have played music filled with profanity. Not worth the high cost for coffee....

  Best hot coffee in the neighborhood. I had 5 cofees in the last two days between this and the 100 E. Pratt location, and this spot had consistently better coffee. The other spot served weak coffee that is similar to 1/3 of my overall starbucks experiences. But this spot is good.

  Nice clean location with friendly workers, many outlets. However no wifi available here. You have to use next door’s guest wifi

  The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because of the friendly, hard working staff and cleanliness of the store. However, this location is short staffed or has a high turnaround making the wait time ridiculously long. Also for the location and proximity to the Convention Center, the demand for their breakfast sandwiches is very HIGH but they’re always out of them 90% of the time.

  I just recently moved to the area and I was impressed with both the cleanliness and courtesy of the Starbucks partners! The young man at the register was extremely patient & kind and I really appreciate the great service!!!
