  One of the worst if not the worst Starbucks I have ever visited , they take 15-20 min on mobile orders , they always seem to get the order wrong and then argue with you about it until you pull it up on your phone . The girls are catty and rude . There’s one young gentleman there who is very polite but rarely works . I literally waited 30 min for an order when I decided to just come in instead of doing a mobile order. I rather drive to the Dobson and 60 location and go out of my way because of how horrible their employees behave. I have not had one good experience whenever I attend this Starbucks. These employees need to be trained on how to better their customer service skills .

  Worst. Starbucks. Ever. They're so focused on their drivethru they neglect customers inside. The worker didnt even take the time to put the lid on my drink correctly so it spilled everywhere and none of them even apologized. Regret coming here.

  Great location. I would have loved to give them five stars; however, they mixed up my order once and also seem to run out of food items often. Should have the operations manager observe the peak hours and demands to make sure proper amount of food is available or something like that in my opinion. Other than that this location is okay.

  The staff is amazing and Gilbert always take care of all of his customers. I've been a loyal customer for may years now and will follow Gilbert's crew to any location.
