  This location has incompetent employees. I placed an order on my app for 3 drinks. All 3 were the incorrect size, and were not made as the order specified. Most items are out of stock, so you are The drink I ordered with strawberries in it used dried fruit and not fresh. Tasted like wet cardboard. Anyway I see the starbucks brand as a whole suffering with quality control, and this location is one of the worst I have been to, not to mention the long drive through waits.

  It fulfilled its function as workspot and internet access point. Unisex restrooms are always a plus.

  The worst experience in one Starbucks. I had to wait over 25 minutes for an online order. Apparently they always have issues with the printer order. We're at least 3 people waiting and they didn't any explanation until we said something. Is a bad luck but this is a bad experience.

  I was so excited for this Starbucks to re open after they were flooded by Harvey. However, their new staff and service is disappointing. They often have up to nine staff members behind the counter yet you still end up waiting 20 minutes for your coffee. They’ve also messed up my drink order (a simple grande vanilla latte) THREE separate visits. They need to get it together a little bit.

  Glad this location is back open. But they need some HELP! Plenty of staff but no one knows what they are doing. I was the only one in line and it took 5 minutes for someone to greet me. They were busy exchanging aprons with each other. Hope management takes action.
