  I like this Starbucks, it's clean, has nice staff and the milk in my latte didn't taste rotten for once. It's in a really nice location downtown. It's located near a small park that during lunch is surrounded by lunch trucks with an incredible assortment of foods. This Starbucks is located inside of a hotel that is also beautiful.

  Service is good, and friendly. But please keep the creamers filled, every time I go they are just about empty.

  First off, they’re only open till 5pm during the week and 4pm on the weekends; why?! I never had to wonder if a Starbucks was still opened or not before driving to one, but well... Exhibit A. No mobile ordering, tiny, cramped spot, and service is slow. One positive, sitting in the Atrium is beautiful. Avoid this one, there is a ‘real Starbucks’ on Kennedy Ave - with actual 2017 hours of operation and mobile ordering.

  The staff was too engrossed in conversation to treat customers with curtousy. I was treated like an inconvenience and would've ordered more if I didn't feel so rushed along so they could go back to talking. On top of that, they didn't have much selection when it came to their pasteries. I definitely won't waste my time or money here again.

  One of the best Starbucks I've been to. They were very efficient and made the line move quickly. Unlike some of the Starbucks from my area, this Starbucks didn't take forever to get your drink ready. The staff was friendly as well. Iced chai tea was made consistently, and when I asked for them to go light on the ice, they actually did, unlike the Starbucks in my area.
