  I love coming to this location. Today the associate behind the cash register, took the lady’s order behind me, because that lady asked what the price of a bagel was. I love being cut in line when I’m waiting patiently ☺️ I love being invisible to the associate also ☺️ This location has the best customer care and awareness working behind the counter, I’ll continue to post my experiences at this location more frequently. Only because, these types of experiences only occur at this location in the HEB area. Maybe next time I’ll be overlooked in line and might have to pour my own Pike Roast next time! We shall see 😪

  Great place but always busy in Bedford. You can give your dogs the pupp-frap on their deck.

  Good coffee and atmosphere, but the vegan options were somewhat limited and the cashier thought my name was Jane. Unisex bathrooms was a big plus

  Overall good customer service, clean, nice as any other Starbucks. Outside seating is literally right next to the service rd of 183. Not exactly quiet or relaxing if you're sitting outside. Otherwise good store.

  Jessi is my new best friend. Wonderful sense of humor. When she asked what I needed, I said a new hairdo. We both laughed, since I came dragging in with that, "she just fell out of bed" look. My excuse, and instant conversation stopper/awkward tongue tangler, we had buried my Dad yesterday and boy did I need coffee. She didn't trip or flinch, we worked right through the awkward, laughing and getting me the necessary caffeine fix. Thanks for your kindness and to the barista who made my drink perfect! :)
