  It's a Starbucks. I had a cool lime refresher, which is my favorite Starbucks summer drink.

  So I decided to stop in for some coffee today at the Starbucks in midtown Houston on Smith street. When I entered to take my place in line I was the third person from the cashier. What appeared to be quick was not. There was a lady at the register that took a very long time with multiple orders. At this point the line is now long and I’ve waited as third person for about 15 minutes. Instead of one of the many employees making drinks helping the ONE cashier, they decided to leave him at the front alone with the long line. This is first time I’ve been to a Starbucks like this, usually they’re very helpful and trying to get customers out as fast as possible, especially since in centrally located in downtown Houston.

  Very, very nice staff, but I'm afraid some of the folks on bar need to learn recipes. I ordered a drink, and it wasn't made to recipe or with the requested modifications. I didn't ask for it to be remade, but I ordered another one, hoping it was done correctly (I know how hard it is to work at Starbucks!!). It wasn't right the second time, and I would've been embarrassed to complain. Just maybe some more training for the midshift?

  Very helpful staff, but the last couple of times I have been here, my order was wrong. Both times I didn’t realize until I got to work. My last order I asked for iced coffee with heavy cream and got regular milk. The drinks weren’t awful but not totally what I wanted!

  First time at this location in Houston ,Tx. Enjoying the atmosphere , friendliness & Passion Tea Lemonade was great! My wife was also happy with the visit. She enjoyed her Pink Drink.
