  A really good Starbucks. I'm from Norfolk so I can see how maybe some of the ingredients used to make the coffee can be different, but their iced coffee was really great!! The baristas were very friendly as well. However seating is limited and it can get inundated with a lot of people very easily.

  Busiest Starbucks ever but if you mobile order it's pretty quick. Every Barista was engaged in getting everyone their items. It gets really noisy in there so sometimes you cant hear them call your name.

  The staff there is very disrespectful. I came in today(April 24 2018 just before 11am)for my coffee and asked to use the restroom first and a short blonde hair girl looked at me and said sorry we don’t have a public restroom here. Then she just looked me like I you going to buy anything or what? I left and and looked for a restroom in the hotel. I later learned that this Starbucks is inside Hard Rock hotel which means all Starbucks customers are suppose to use that restroom in their lobby. When I went back and confronted her one of the ladies(fat, short black hair and probably Mexican in a black shirt) backed her up and said Starbucks employees are not suppose to tell their customers to go use the restroom in the hotel because the hotel doesn’t allow that and she clearly said it’s company policy. Shame on you. I will never go to any Starbucks again. I am very disappointed. By the way this is my first time reviewing any business. So do the maths.
