  White Mocha frozen coffee didn't taste right, had to buy another. They didn't offer to take back the unwanted coffee which surprised me a bit. I didn't want to ask 🤐🤐🤐🙄🙄🙄.. Place inside and out was very well kept. Bathrooms we're clean! I think Starbucks is a great company! I love the fact that they allow employees to take home unsold food at the end of the night instead of tossing it. That's a huge plus in my book!

  I love Starbucks, but there is a major drawback to this one. No parking. During busy hours, you cannot even turn into the driveway, let alone park there. It is very disappointing to drive to Starbucks and not be able to get in. There is a Sleepys next door where you could park, but that doesn't seem right. There is a nearby Starbucks in Elwood or East Northport, also on Jericho Turnpike. They have a huge parking lot. I recommend you go to that Starbucks rather than the one in Commack. There is also a Starbucks in Smithtown with a huge parking lot. But that is a little far away. Starbucks, if you read this, find more parking.
