  Girl with long black hair was real rude. Not just to me when I asked for the rest of my order. After waiting at least 15 min but to 2 other customers. Frappuccino tasted like water. Never stopping there again

  Very disappointed in the service. Destiny was the person who took my order at the drive-thru, not only did she miss part of my order, she was rude about it. I had to ask for a receipt.When I asked for her managers name to complain since I was unhappy with the service, she continued to be rude with her sarcasim I will never visit this Starbucks agian. Worst service I have ever received at a Starbucks.

  (came in the morning about 9)As far as the cashier (I'm assuming he's new) and the guy ''brandon'' I think his name is... Were extremely great with customer service ! Very exceptional! He HANDS you your food with a smile! As far as the girl making the drinks they kinda just throw your drink on the counter and keep it moving,.. Very crowded when it's busy not a lot seating . But still pretty good

  This Starbucks is close by my house so I have gone there plenty of times. But I rather go to a further Starbucks just because they usually mess up my orders unless I'm getting a brewed coffee. If I get a latte or frapp or tea it either the wrong one or they forgot something. It's been over a year since I have been going and other people I have talked to admit that that's just how this Starbucks is. Really sucks because it's right next to the free way so it would be nice to get your drink and get on the road but that's something I avoid because I get irritated at this point when the drinks are always wrong. Maybe if it's slow you will have a better chance of having the order right. & Sometimes I don't mind being surprised and trying something new but sometimes I really don't like what they give me and I'm just scratching my head trying to understand how the sticker on the side of the cup says one thing, but the drink itself is completely different. The coffee and espresso is good so I hope one day to change this to a five star review.

  The morning staff is not friendly. I don't feel welcome there. The service was quick but my breakfast sandwich was still frozen in the middle
