  Great store, employees are very efficient. Nice decorating, but really busy. Especially the drive thru.

  Thank you to the Manager and Staff for their patience and friendliness. We had just pulled into town and I hadn't had ANY caffeine. Not to mention I had 4 indecisive kiddos in tow. They made low sugar, coffee free, caffeine free suggestions for the kids, everyone got a cake pop and we were happily on our way within 10-15 minutes max. Thanks, Starbucks, for giving me a little sanity for the day!! 😀

  What has happened to the customer service at this location. I’ve come here for years, and always joyful, interactive customer service. Over the last month or so it just seems all business. Not the friendly atmosphere of the past. Just my perception, orders are timely and fine.

  Unfortunately experienced very poor customer service. Went inside due to the drive thru line at the service road. Had to obtain refund after 20 minutes. They were also out of several normal food items on a Saturday morning.
